Do you accept returns?

Each cell phone case, art item, napkin, or placemat is created specifically for you when an order is placed, and stock isn't kept on hand for exchanges. Items that are not "made to order" ship from vendors who only accept returns when an item is damaged in transport which happens very rarely. In that circumstance, contact Customer Service, and a replacement will be sent immediately.

What if I order the wrong cell phone case?

As stock isn't kept, and cases are made to order, returns cannot be accepted.  Order carefully.

If only part of my order is ready to ship immediately, will the order be held, or will items ship separately?

All items ship as soon as they are available and processed.

Will I receive tracking information?

Different suppliers process orders at different rates.  You will be emailed tracking information as soon as it is available.

Is it possible to expedite my shipping?

Email Customer Service for an expedited shipping quote.

Do you ship overseas?

At this time, TPP does not offer overseas shipping.

What if I order a pair of jars, vases, planters, etc. and one of them is a little different than the other?

Each ceramic and porcelain item from The Pink Pagoda is made by hand in villages across China and will therefore have minor differences. These differences and imperfections are what makes their handmade quality obvious, and what also makes them look more collected as opposed to machine made ceramics. In other words, you should want these differences as machine made ceramics are much less desirable. 

Is it possible to someone directly about any questions I have may have?
